Mathew Columbro is a project coordinator with 14 years of experience in a fast paced environment, working for Tim Hortons Corporate Office, Canada´s
largest quick service restaurant chain. Starting in distribution and progressing to the purchasing and project coordination team, Mathew gained
superior knowledge of all processes involved in the construction and renovation of new restaurants.
Responsible for multiple projects at all times, Mathew managed extremely tight timelines to see projects through to completion ensuring all
internal and external stakeholders were satisfied. With budgets and timelines always in focus, he was able to help Tim Hortons renovate and
build a record number of restaurants during his time at the corporate office. His strong analytical skills were critical in helping to
streamline the daily tasks of his department by developing and implementing a process audit program.
Mathew will be contributing to the team at David Hyde and Associates with his skills and experience in project support, tracking and management. Specializing in
process improvement and efficiency.
