Pauline Kourie Pauline Kourie brings to the David Hyde & Associates team over 15 years of Customer Relations experience within the Canadian retail sector. Most recently, Pauline had the pleasure of managing the flagship Roots store in the Toronto Eaton Centre. In this role she was responsible for sourcing motivated new talent, ensuring store operations ran smoothly at all times, and most importantly, for creating an atmosphere where every customer entering the store had a memorable experience.

Specializing in sales growth, business optimization and customer experience, she has successfully held the roles of Regional Supervisor, Store Manager, Company Trainer and Recruiter working with retail leaders such as Hudson Bay Company, Roots, Levi's Inc., and Jean Machine. In 2008, Pauline put her career on hold to start a family.

At David Hyde & Associates, Pauline is focused exclusively on our clients. As Director of Client Satisfaction, she tracks all work projects within the firm to ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget. In focusing on the Company's most important asset, Pauline ensures that our clients' needs are both understood and met consistently by our consulting and training personnel.
